API GL-5 GEAR OILS are multipurpose,extreme pressure gear lubricants which are recommended forhypoid and bevel gear sets used in many front and rear drivedifferentials. These gear oils are intended for service fill, topoff and refill of hypoid and other drive axles which recommendAPI GL-5 gear lubricants. Can be used as a top off in limitedslip applications, but is not a limited slip capable productintended for fill or refill.
